European Payments Initiative (EPI) seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to drive the successful rollout of the Wero wallet across European markets. You will coordinate between banks and the EPI org, design tailored implementation plans, and ensure seamless collaboration through go-live.

You will report to the Chief Implementation Officer and collaborate with Product, Scheme, Engineering, Marketing and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in financial services, payments, or consulting.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Dutch is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new members, design the EPI implementation plan and set up project governance.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the implementation plan.
• Act as central liaison between EPI members and the organization and guide project managers.
• Lead steering committee sessions with member project managers.
• Track KPIs, identify risks, and provide actionable progress reporting.
