D-EDGE is seeking a Senior HRBP for Tech & Product to partner with the CTO and CPO, guiding workforce planning, onboarding, and people strategies for 250+ tech professionals. You will align the people roadmap with our product and engineering roadmap, ensuring impact across the lifecycle.

You will coach leaders, drive performance processes, onboarding excellence, retention initiatives, internal mobility, and career development in an international, fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5 years of HR leadership experience focused on Tech & Product ecosystems (Feature Teams, SaaS…).
• Proven experience in Tech scale-ups.
• Business acumen: understand the product lifecycle and translate roadmaps into people strategies.
• Leadership & influence: coach senior stakeholders and foster feedback culture.
• Languages: English fluency is mandatory in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with CTO and CPO on workforce planning to scale Tech & Product teams.
• Act as strategic link with Talent Acquisition, providing technical context to attract talent.
• Oversee onboarding journey to integrate developers and product managers into the culture.
