Job summary

Orus is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with leadership, shape organizational design and drive talent development as we scale across Europe. You will sponsor performance discussions, manage complex employee relations, and build scalable People practices in a fast-growing insurtech environment.

You will report to the Head of People and work with leaders across Sales, Tech, Product, Insurance and Operations to foster an agile, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a business-facing HRBP in a fast-growing organization.
• Experience scaling an organization from 100 to 200+ employees.
• Fluent French and English are mandatory.
• Regular collaboration with senior leaders and executives.
• Strong knowledge of organizational design, performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business challenges into People priorities and initiatives.
• Build a high-performance culture through talent reviews, development plans and succession planning.
• Shape and scale People strategy across France, Spain and the Netherlands in collaboration with Head of People.
