Orus, a rapidly growing European insurtech, is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across the company. You will work with the Strategy team and report to the Head of Strategy, Finance & Data to define long-term direction and execute high-impact projects.

You will analyze complex problems, bring teams together, and use AI to accelerate decisions. Fluent in English and French, you will manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• 3–5 years of prior experience in consulting, strategy, or as a Strategic Project Manager at a startup/scale-up.
• Ability to break down complex problems into simple sub-problems to bring teams on board.
• Strong analytical and pragmatic skills: pull out 2–3 key insights and talk numbers simply.
• Daily use of AI to move faster and meet deadlines while juggling multiple topics.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects within the Strategy team.
• Define Orus's strategy for the coming years and monitor performance.
• Develop cross-sell strategies and support international expansion.
• Lead in-housing of claims handling and optimize operation models.
• Drive end-to-end projects, accountable for results in ambiguity.
