Orus is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives within the Strategy team. You will drive high‑impact projects across product, commercial, and operations, coordinating with teams and ensuring end‑to‑end delivery in a fast-growing insurtech environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s from a top-tier school, with 2–4 years in consulting, strategy, or startup roles, and fluency in English and French.

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy or startup/scale‑up roles.
• Master's degree from a top‑tier school.
• Strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and French, with the ability to drive alignment across teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross‑functional strategic projects within the Strategy team.
• Define Orus’s strategy for the coming years and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with acquisition teams to monitor performance and roadmap profitability.
• Develop cross‑sell strategies and pricing, and optimize ops models.
• Support international expansion: identify markets and entry approaches.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery with accountability for results.
• Drive churn reduction and product/insurance initiatives across regions.
