ixolabs.ai is seeking a senior translational R&D expert to design pharmaceutical research and development cases, write reference analyses and scoring rubrics, and evaluate model outputs against development-stage evidence.

You will explain tradeoffs in study strategy and drug-development decisions, and provide senior program ownership for assigned projects. This is remote, paid IXO expert work with a flexible schedule and a six-month horizon.

Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD/MD with drug-development experience required.
• At least four years of pharma/biotech translational R&D experience.
• Strong ownership of discovery or development programs and depth in at least one pipeline stage.

Responsabilités

• Design pharmaceutical research and development cases and scoring rubrics.
• Evaluate model outputs against development-stage evidence and explain tradeoffs.
