You will balance strategic design with hands-on talent management, coach executives, and champion the employee experience, leveraging expertise in HR policy, recruitment, performance, and employee relations.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in retail, luxury, or corporate settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Ability to align HR strategies with financial and operational targets.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous in a collaborative team.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
