Responsabilidades

• Balance employees' interests with business needs.
• Be a trusted partner to managers to drive strategic growth and coach them to improve workforce performance.
• Interpret business requirements with senior HR People leaders to guide policy.
• Support definition and execution of global/local policy and change initiatives and assess impacts.
• Collaborate with function leads to deliver priorities and strategic plans.
• Leverage data analytics to drive business solutions and decisions and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Lead talent management practices including workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Manage works council relations and guide HR to ensure labor policy compliance.
• Consult on overhead management.
