Fortinet, Inc. is seeking an EMEA Talent Operations Partner / HR Partner to join our Sophia Antipolis team.

You will act as a trusted HR partner, guiding managers and employees across diverse people matters and leveraging AI tools to enhance service delivery and employee experience. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, provide compliance advice on employment law, maintain records with automation, and drive regional HR initiatives including training plans and AI adoption.

Qualifications

Professional HR partner with experience across multiple countries.
Strong data skills and ability to translate data into insights.
Experience with AI-enabled HR tools and automation.

Responsabilités

Serve as trusted HR partner across people matters using AI-enabled tools.
Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding with AI-powered solutions.
Advise on employment law, policies and local compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records using automation.
Oversee immigration and right-to-work processes for compliance.
Administer employee benefits and provide guidance.
Coordinate professional interviews in line with French requirements.
Develop and deliver annual training plans with AI-enabled platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve HR operations with AI and automation.
Provide ad-hoc support to EMEA HR and contribute to regional AI adoption projects.
