Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, international settings.
• Comfortable advising senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, C-suite).
• Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and HR governance.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into people strategies.

Responsabilités

• Act as strategic sparring partner to senior leaders on organization and performance topics.
• Lead organization design and operating model evolution.
• Drive workforce planning aligned with priorities and budget.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning.
• Guide managers on performance management and complex HR situations.
