Betclic Group, a European leader in online gaming, is hiring an HRIS and People Data Specialist in Bordeaux. You will ensure the reliability of Betclic’s HR systems, transform people data into actionable insights, and support core HR processes across HR, IT and business teams.

Your role spans HRIS administration, data governance, project work, dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision making. This position offers a hybrid work model in a diverse, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, IS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years in HRIS, People Analytics, HR Ops, or HR PM.
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform.

Responsabilités

• HRIS administration and data governance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Support HRIS projects, modules, and vendor collaboration across lifecycles.
• Design and maintain HR dashboards, monitor headcount, turnover and diversity.
• Support key HR processes like performance, compensation, budgeting.
• Train and support HR teams on systems and reporting tools.
