Job summary

Consensio Chalets Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Housekeeper for our Ultimate Chalet in Les Gets, France. The role runs through the winter season, from mid‑November until 28 February, supporting the Chalet Manager to deliver a flawless 5* guest experience.

You will oversee housekeeping, guest laundry, guest communications, and maintenance while upholding safety standards and collaborating with suppliers to ensure superb service. Accommodation and meals are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end hospitality service.
• Strong guest communication and service orientation.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced chalet environment.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping of all bedrooms, bathrooms, spas and other communal areas.
• Chalet and guest laundry.
• Proactive communication with guests to ensure queries are answered and special requests met promptly.
• General chalet maintenance, reporting issues to the chalet manager or operations manager in the absence of the Chalet Manager.
• Maintaining hygiene, health and safety standards in line with policy.
• Maintaining and improving local supplier relations.

We are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Housekeeper for our Ultimate Chalet in Les Gets, France.

The role is available from mid-November until 28th February.

Please note that all applicants must have the legal right to work in France, either through EU passport or a valid Carte de séjour.

Role Overview

This is a diverse and challenging “hands‑on” role, supporting the Chalet Manager in delivering a 5* experience for our guests. The main emphasis in this role is providing exceptional service, creating unique and memorable holidays for each guest.

Main Responsibilities

• Housekeeping of all bedrooms, bathrooms, spas and other communal areas.
• Chalet and guest laundry
• Proactive communication with guests to ensure all queries are answered and any special requests are met at the earliest opportunity.
• General chalet maintenance, reporting issues to the chalet manager or operations manager in the Chalet Manager’s absence and following up and immediate concerns.
• Maintaining general hygiene, health and safety standards in line with company policy.
• Maintaining and improving local supplier relations.
• A passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility, supporting Consensio’s commitment to the environment.
