The Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive hotel revenue through proactive sales, relationship management, and strategic account development. You will identify new business, grow share from key accounts, and align with revenue, marketing, and operations teams.

This role partners with Revenue and Marketing, travels for site visits and industry events, and leads sales initiatives. A 1+ year management background and hotel experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of one year experience in a related or management position; hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; strong negotiation and sales abilities.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify, solicit, and close new business opportunities; build relationships with key accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts; ensure service excellence and retention.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the annual business plan; analyze performance and trends.
• Produce monthly reports, forecasts, and action plans communicating progress toward revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to optimize rates, promotions, and packages.
• Represent the hotel and brand at events, trade shows, and in networking opportunities.
• Lead and participate in strategy meetings, pipeline reviews, and cross-department projects.
