Arbor Lodging is seeking a Director of Sales to lead hotel business development through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and tours. The role drives new business and maintains existing transient, group, and meeting room accounts while overseeing all sales/marketing and PR tasks.

The position reports to hotel leadership and requires coordination with revenue and operations to maximize occupancy and REVPAR through strategic campaigns and relationship building.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in hotel sales roles.
• Experience in hotel industry required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provides the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Develops a marketing plan by gathering historical and competitive data and determining the action plans to meet goals.
• Works with the General Manager to prepare the annual sales and marketing budget and updates plans quarterly.
• Develops new business by obtaining accounts from competition and contacting new customers
• Maintains relations with major accounts and associations to develop positive rapport and repeat business.
• Prepares and interprets month-end reports and analyzes trends to stay proactive.
