Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum two years experience in food & beverage.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to delegate, manage manpower and set priorities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shift operations and liaise with kitchen staff to ensure quality service.
• Hire, train, develop, coach and evaluate restaurant associates.
• Create and implement promotions to capture local guests.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations and sanitation standards.
• Maximize bar profitability through portion control and accurate charges.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Address guest needs and feedback to enhance guest experience.
• Update cash management systems and generate restaurant reports.
• May serve as manager on duty and handle special projects.
