Lever, Inc., listed on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Paid Social / Meta Ads Specialist based in France. This hands-on role drives customer acquisition via Meta across Facebook and Instagram, owning campaigns from audience strategy to landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting.

You will work with cross-functional teams, applying AI-assisted creative workflows to accelerate testing and improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads management and lead-based funnels.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns toward measurable conversion goals.
• Experience with lead demos, bookings, trials or signups.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalikes, exclusions.
• Creative testing, copywriting, landing page optimization, and AI-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, API events, and attribution.
• Experience with analytics tools and CRM integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Own Meta Ads strategies across Facebook and Instagram from planning to scaling.
• Build campaigns focused on leads, demos, appointments, trials, and signups.
• Develop audience strategies and funnel-stage segmentation.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and alignment with pipeline aims.
• Create and test multiple creative concepts and copy variants.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors for assets.
• Maintain landing pages and enable AI-assisted optimization.
• Publish clear performance reports and actionable recommendations.
