Job summary

Onoff in Paris is seeking a Growth Leader to own B2C growth across consumer products and oversee acquisition, activation and retention strategies. You will partner with Product, Design, CRM, Data and Engineering to turn ideas into measurable growth opportunities.

You'll run experiments, optimize onboarding, and help scale mobile app visibility across App Store and Google Play, building a repeatable growth engine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or similar role.
• Experience growing consumer mobile apps.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with App Store/Google Play growth mechanics.
• Experience with acquisition channels (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads).

Responsibilities

• Own B2C growth strategy across Onoff consumer products.
• Scale paid and organic acquisition channels.
• Optimize app store visibility and onboarding funnels.
• Design and run growth experiments and A/B tests.
• Build dashboards to monitor growth metrics.
• Collaborate with Product and CRM teams to improve retention.
