Job summary

Alstom is seeking an Insurance Manager HQ in Saint-Ouen to coordinate global and local insurance programs, support renewals and claims, and lead data collection and reporting. You will work with the Group Insurance Director and regional managers, ensuring policy implementation and standardized practices across the organization.

Strong emphasis on organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of global insurance programs, claims management, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, renewals, and premium allocation processes.
• Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and reporting in an insurance context.
• A relevant insurance or risk management certification (e.g., ARM, CPCU, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance matters across front-end and back-end activities.
• Support the implementation of the Group’s Insurance Policy through global programs and Local Integrated Policies.
• Contribute to renewal and premium processes, including allocation, invoicing, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Provide full administrative support for the Captive (ARé), including premium processes and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate the worldwide annual insurance data collection process and analyzing underwriting information.
• Monitor global insurance activities, including KPIs and fees.
• Provide support on large and/or complex insurance claims.
• Manage and deliver insurance renewal processes for local and corporate insurance policies, if appointed.
• Support RIMs in managing project-specific policies from inception to delivery.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining common standards, tools, and guidance for insurance matters.
• Foster dialogue and communication within business segments/entities and respond to internal queries.
• Reviewing and challenging Certificates of Insurance (COI) from local partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and for Alstom.
