WeMaintain is seeking a Senior Group Accountant to join our Group Finance team in Paris. You will help deliver robust monthly accounting, closing, and consolidation across France, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

The role requires hands-on experience across several entities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple jurisdictions and ERP systems. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in general accounting, ideally within an international or multi‑entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and monthly closing processes.
• Experience with VAT/indirect tax and tax-related accounting.
• Exposure to intercompany processes and consolidation.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly and year‑end closing and ensure accuracy across entities.
• Manage day‑to‑day general accounting for multiple entities within the Group.
• Prepare intercompany transactions and reconciliations; support consolidation schedules.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve accounting issues across jurisdictions.
• Contribute to improving accounting processes, documentation and controls.
• Support audit requests with complete and reliable documentation.
