DATA4 is seeking a Group Accounting Lead to redesign and implement the Center of Finance and Accounting Excellence across the group. You will drive financial integrity, compliance and operational excellence while leading cross-border finance teams through transformation.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in accounting/finance, CPA/ACCA, strong English skills, and experience in high-growth or PE-backed tech environments. The role involves Europe-wide travel and a Paris/Marcoussis location.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification is required.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead Accounting Process and build autonomy of local finance teams.
• Standardize/group-wide processes; implement Group Accounting Manual and SOPs.
• Act as PMO for the annual audit process.
• Drive continuous improvement and Center of Excellence initiatives.
