In this strategic position, you will manage statutory consolidation processes, prepare consolidated accounts, and support financial reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Accounting or Finance, solid experience in group consolidation, and fluency in French and English.   • Strong command of IFRS and consolidation tools.
  • Familiarity with financial systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

  • Coordinate financial data collection across subsidiaries and business units.
  • Manage consolidation entries and ensure alignment with IFRS and internal standards.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and consistency of consolidated financial information.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated accounts.
  • Analyse financial variations and provide clear, insightful explanations.
  • Support audit processes and ensure timely delivery of financial reports.
  • Issue consolidation guidelines to local finance teams.
  • Liaise with shareholders and senior management to review reporting.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Implement best practices and maintain high standards of financial governance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Contribute to internalization of consolidation activities.

A dynamic and fast-growing international organization is seeking a Consolidation Analyst to join its Group Finance team. This strategic position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities, in full compliance with IFRS standards.

The successful candidate will lead the statutory consolidation process, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate financial data collection across subsidiaries and business units
  • Manage consolidation entries and ensure alignment with IFRS and internal standards
  • Guarantee the accuracy and consistency of consolidated financial information
  • Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated accounts

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in French and English
