Camino Search is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to own consolidated financial reporting for a PE-owned technology group. Based in Paris, you will oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closings, statutory reporting and balance-sheet governance across international entities.

With an audit background and strong consolidation skills, you will lead finance transformation, partner with leadership, support ERP implementations and manage external auditors.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with audit experience preferred.
• Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience.
• Group reporting in multi-entity environments.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Confident communicator with leadership capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated accounts.
• Own statutory reporting and compliance with local GAAP.
• Drive improvements across reporting processes, systems and controls.
• Oversee treasury function and cash management.
• Oversee group-wide balance-sheet reporting and governance.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide high-quality analysis.
• Support finance transformation initiatives.
• Support ERP implementation.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and key stakeholders.
