Remote is hiring a Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist for the Netherlands and Belgium to own end-to-end onboarding of clients. You will work with clients, internal teams, and payroll software providers to ensure successful go-lives, aligning with local regulations and company standards.

The role requires deep NL and BE payroll knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work asynchronously in a fully remote environment. Start date ASAP with global payroll operations team.

Qualifications

• Direct payroll experience in NL with loonheffing, premies WW/ZW/WIA, Zorgverzekeringswet and 30% ruling
• Direct payroll experience in Belgium incl. ONSS/RSZ, Dimona, DmfA quarterly cycles, sector CLA structures
• Proven end-to-end payroll implementation experience from kick-off to go-live
• Experience with AFAS for Dutch payroll; EasyPay for Belgian payroll a plus

Responsabilités

• Act as SME for the Netherlands and Belgium, covering EOR and Global Payroll
• Attend sales calls as Country Payroll SME when required
• Own planning, execution and monitoring of payroll implementation projects
• Manage data input in AFAS and EasyPay; validate data
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Mentor Payroll Generalists during implementations
• Maintain focus on KPIs and SLAs
• Collaborate with teams to improve the Remote platform and perform UAT testing
