Hightekers is hiring a Payroll Operations Specialist to manage monthly payroll for 350+ employees across multiple entities in France and with remote work options from France or Spain. The role requires French and English fluency, strong compliance, and a focus on accuracy.

The ideal candidate will oversee tax calculations, Social Security filings, and data integrity, while collaborating with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless payroll operations across jurisdictions and client inputs.

Qualifications

• +8 years hands-on experience in payroll production, statutory compliance, income tax calculations, and Social Security filings.
• Experience in full payroll processing cycles and statutory submissions.
• Proven data accuracy and operational controls in regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s in Labour Relations, HR, Law, Business Admin or related field; payroll certification.

Responsabilités

• Manage full monthly payroll cycle for 350+ employees and clients across 5 entities.
• Be the primary contact for payroll inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Oversee statutory submissions, payroll reporting, and cost reconciliations with Finance.
• Identify and implement workflow automation to improve efficiency and controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal to align payroll with contracts and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with international payroll teams for global pay cycles during leaves or development programs.
