Deel is hiring to oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients. You will lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring client data is accurately transferred, systems configured, and transitions are seamless.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across designated location.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects for Deel’s clients.
• Organize kickoff meetings and deliver implementation plans.
• Coordinate project streams and manage scope and schedule changes.
• Define and configure payroll processes and data requirements.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports.
• Manage interfaces, reports, and system configurations for payroll.
• Sign-off with clients and provide ongoing reports and analytics.
