Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior GEO/SEO Consultant based in France or Europe to drive organic growth for a diverse client portfolio. You will lead end-to-end SEO and Generative Engine Optimization initiatives, combining strategy with hands-on optimization and AI-powered discovery.

Collaborating with developers, content specialists, data analysts, and stakeholders, you will perform technical audits, monitor visibility across traditional search engines and AI answer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO and GEO experience.
• Proven track record managing complex client engagements from start to finish.
• Strong technical SEO expertise including audits and performance analysis.
• Deep knowledge of content optimization and AI search algorithms.
• Proficiency with Semrush, Sistrix and Screaming Frog, plus web analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SEO and Generative Engine Optimization engagements for local and international clients.
• Monitor organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer engines.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers and data analysts to implement improvements and track results.
• Advise clients on SEO and GEO strategies with actionable insights aligned with business goals.
• Manage incoming leads and potential client opportunities to shape them into structured projects.
• Lead client engagements from consultation through project definition and execution.
• Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies to maximize organic growth.
