EGYM Wellpass seeks a Senior SEO/GEO Manager (m/f/d) based in Paris to own the global SEO/GEO roadmap. You will bridge internal teams across markets to boost organic visibility, drive traffic, and establish the brand in corporate wellness.

You will audit, strategize, and execute technical and content optimizations, collaborating with Brand and Content teams and using Semrush/GA4/Hotjar to measure growth and improve rankings across core markets.

Formación

• 4+ to 5 years of solid experience in SEO/GEO, ideally within a global B2B SaaS brand or an international multi-market company.
• Proven track record building and executing end-to-end global SEO/GEO strategies from scratch.
• Strong tooling and analytics proficiency (Semrush AI Visibility, GA4, Hotjar).
• Data-driven mindset with targets across multiple markets and clear reporting to management.
• Thrives in international cross-functional collaboration with Content, Brand, and Performance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end global SEO/GEO roadmap for EGYM Wellpass.
• Conduct global SEO/GEO audits and design strategy for all markets.
• Execute technical and content optimizations across markets to boost organic traffic.
• Guide and review high-value blog posts and editorial content with Brand & Content teams.
• Track performance metrics using Semrush AI Visibility, Hotjar, and GA4 in alignment with Growth.
