PGIM in Paris, hybrid, seeks a Senior Associate in Fund Operations to oversee European SPV finance and reporting. You will work with Portfolio and Asset Management to ensure IFRS/GAAP reporting, cash management, and governance of external service providers.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in real estate accounting/controlling, IFRS/Lux GAAP knowledge, and fluency in English and French, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with the required degree; accounting qualification is an advantage (e.g. ACCA).
• At least 6 years in real estate controlling or accounting, with audit background and asset management experience preferred.
• Expertise in IFRS, French and/or Lux GAAP real estate accounting including consolidations; other European GAAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French; other European languages are a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Control of external service providers and governance adherence.
• Coordinate IFRS/GAAP financial reporting for SPVs across Europe.
• Cash management, invoicing approvals and transaction support for acquisitions and financings.
• Support tax matters and ensure compliance across funds.
• Collaborate with Portfolio and Asset Management and respond to ad hoc inquiries.
