Alan in France is seeking experienced software engineers to join the Claims Management engineering team, building systems that refund hundreds of millions of euros annually for members across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. You will work with React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo with daily deployments.

We value strong OO design, TypeScript and Python, and the ability to translate business needs into reliable software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering web apps at scale.
• Strong object‑oriented design and mentorship.

• Build and operate scalable claims-management systems in a fast-growing health tech environment.
• Collaborate across product teams to translate business needs into reliable software.
