Job summary

Evaneos is seeking an FP&A Senior in Paris to own the Marketplace P&L, analyze variances, and present insights to the executive committee. You will partner with marketing, HR, and ops, driving budgeting, forecasting, and automation with modern tools.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with weekly remote flexibility, collaborating across France and internationally, and supporting both the B2C marketplace and B2B SaaS activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, management control or related experience.
• Experience building budgets and forecasts for a marketplace/company.
• Autonomy on large, complex files (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Ability to explain figures to non-finance colleagues in French and English.
• Proactive with data-driven insights and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly Marketplace reporting on time and reconcile views.
• Analyze variances between actuals, budget and forecast across P&L.
• Monitor marketing costs with ROI approach by channel and market.
• Partner with operations teams to provide financial insights and drive efficiency.
