Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst based in Boulogne-Billancourt with 8–10 years in FP&A or Controlling. You will analyze monthly group reporting, manage P&L and Working Capital KPIs, and lead top‑level reporting for management and shareholders.

You will collaborate with Treasury on FX impacts and support regional teams, contributing to the accuracy of forecasts and financial planning in a truly global setting.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling roles, with prior Big Four background (audit or transaction services).
• Master’s degree in Finance from a top university or business school.
• Strong knowledge of financial indicators and accounting; proficient with Microsoft Suite and reporting tools (Onestream, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Analyze the monthly reporting provided by several entities on a worldwide scope, ensuring data requested for Group reporting/analysis is on‑time and accurate for P&L and Working Capital KPIs.
• Compile comments on variances of actuals vs Last Year and Budget for P&L and B/S items (especially Working Capital indicators).
• Establish the Monthly Flash P&L KPIs, including variances vs Last Year and Budget and main comments explaining these variances for all regions reported.
• Lead the preparation, with support from other Group Financial departments, the monthly reporting for top management and for shareholders.
• Provide support to the countries’ financial teams within dedicated scope on day-to-day subjects.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis requested by shareholders.
• Collaborate with Group Treasury to provide detailed analysis on FX impacts on P&L performance.
• Be responsible for Group Net Working Capital KPIs monthly analysis and explain impacts on Operating FCF results.
