TikTok is hiring an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Key Account Manager to win and grow the most important FMCG brands on TikTok Shop in France and across the EU. This individual contributor role focuses on acquiring major accounts and incubating long-term growth, including expansion into additional EU markets.

You will open doors at the C-suite, close partnerships end-to-end, and drive scale through content, creator, and campaign activation across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Operations, Account management or similar field.
• Proven track record in direct acquisition or strategic sales and enterprise deals.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and closing multi-decision-maker deals.
• Strong commercial acumen: opportunity sizing, business case, negotiations, measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of social commerce, content-led commerce, creator ecosystems, livestreaming, and short-video formats.

Responsabilités

• Own the acquisition pipeline for priority FMCG brands in FR and selected EU markets; identify, prospect, pitch, and sign strategic accounts.
• Lead end-to-end commercial closings from outreach to onboarding and 90-day activation.
• Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders across brand organisations; position TikTok Shop as a strategic channel.
• Navigate multi-market brand organisations and align local and EU teams around a single partnership vision.
• Develop tailored acquisition pitches with category analysis, opportunity sizing, and commercial terms.
• Partner cross-functionally with categories, campaigns, operations, and policy teams to accelerate time-to-first-sale.
• Drive ongoing account growth and sustained GMV, seller health, and strategic progression.
