TikTok is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to support TikTok Shop in France, based in Paris. The role focuses on onboarding and scaling high-potential beauty merchants within TikTok's evolving discovery commerce ecosystem, driving growth through content, creators, and strategic partnerships.

You will own a portfolio of strategic partners, set growth plans, and collaborate with Product, Ops, Marketing, and Policy teams to optimize the merchant and user experience while achieving revenue

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in Business Development/Account Management/Content Creation/Social Media Marketing, or equivalent fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and customer service orientation for client-facing work.
• Fluent in English and French to ease communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Source and onboard strategic beauty merchants in France, building onboarding solutions and set them up for mid and long term growth.
• Design and execute growth plans for partners, covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, driving performance through data, experimentation, and iteration.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to improve merchant and user experience.
• Analyze beauty market trends and subcategories performance to identify priorities and growth opportunities.
• Lead internal projects to contribute to the beauty ecosystem through campaigns and product launches.
