TikTok Shop in France is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to onboard and scale high-potential merchants, building onboarding solutions and growth plans for mid- and long-term success. This role is based in our Paris office and focuses on growing an electronics partner network.

You will own a portfolio of strategic partners, drive revenue and GMV targets, and work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to enhance the merchant and user experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in Business Development/Account Management/Content Creation/Social Media Marketing.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation in client-facing roles.
• Fluent in English and French to ease communication with local stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Source and onboard strategic Electronics merchants in France, building onboarding solutions and set them up for mid and long term growth.
• Design and execute growth plans for partners, covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, consistently driving performance through data, experimentation, and iteration.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to improve the merchant and user experience.
• Analyze electronics market trends and subcategories performance to identify priorities and new growth opportunities for brand partners.
• Lead internal projects to contribute to the electronics ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing).
