The Flex is building the next generation of flexible accommodation by combining hospitality, technology and operations. We seek a Senior Finance Analyst to own critical financial processes, analyze performance and help scale a fast-growing global business.

You will partner with leadership, manage reporting, payments, budgeting and business performance across multiple jurisdictions, with potential evolution into CFO-track roles as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, audit, FP&A, consulting, hospitality, real estate or a high-growth startup is highly valued.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related analytical field is preferred, but exceptional candidates from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve day-to-day financial reporting and controls to ensure figures are complete, validated and supported.
• Identify manual and repetitive finance processes and design more efficient workflows; partner with engineering to automate them.
• Reconcile payments from distribution channels and ensure funds are received accurately and on time.
• Reconcile bank accounts and incoming payments; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Track accounts payable and accounts receivable; review supplier invoices and expenses.
• Support statutory filings and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions; coordinate with external accountants and auditors.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems to give management real-time visibility into performance.
• Analyze financial performance by property, city, country and business unit; build budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow and plan future capital requirements; identify financial risks and potential revenue leakage.
