Respire is seeking a Financial Controller to strengthen its Finance team. The role ensures the reliability of figures used for analysis, decision-making and investor reporting, with a focus on gross margin reconciliations, receivables and closings.

The role reports to the Lead Finance and collaborates with the Finance & Business Analyst, the accounting intern, and the external accounting firm. In year one, half of the time is hands-on accounting and data validation; as processes move in-house,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or related field.
• 2–3 years in Transaction Services, or fast-growing company, or Big 4 audit.
• Strong accounting fluency and ability to read trial balances.
• Advanced Excel skills and data validation experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the reliability of P&L figures, including gross margin reconciliations.
• Reconcile revenue and cash collections across channels.
• Oversee AR reconciliation between Odoo and Pennylane.
• Ensure automated controls with the data team are working.
• Lead supplier payments and month-end closes with audit support.
