The Flex is seeking a Founding Software Engineer to design and build scalable technology systems for modern renting. You will take ownership from day one, influencing product strategy and making key architectural decisions.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and launch the software powering bookings, pricing, and operations.
• Make key technical decisions defining the architecture of Base360.ai.
• Develop workflows and systems that automate operational processes.
• Build AI‑powered tools and workflows improving productivity.
• Integrate with platforms including Airbnb, Stripe, and others.
