Pivot Edinburgh, a scaling fintech, is hiring a Financial Controller to lead consolidations across France, UK and US. You will align accounts under French GAAP and IFRS, and partner with external firms.

You will own reporting, controls, FP&A, and drive automation of the close process, building a real-time financial view for the board. Fluency in French and English, 3+ years in audit or finance, and comfort with multi-entity setups are required; this is a hands-on builder role in a fast-growing

Qualifications

3+ years in audit or accounting, including Big 4 exposure.
Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/GAAP).
Experience with multi-entity consolidation across jurisdictions.
Tech-savvy with ability to automate processes.
Clear communication with non-finance stakeholders.
Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

Consolidation & Closing: own the monthly close end-to-end and consolidate across France, US and UK.
Managing our accounting firms: coordinate three external firms and move toward internalising accounting.
Reporting & controls: build real-time reporting and enforce internal controls across procure‑to‑pay, revenue, and payroll.
FP&A & board support: prepare budgets, variances, and board materials.
Finance stack & automation: own the finance tech stack and automate close workflows.
