Pivot is seeking a Financial Controller to consolidate accounts across France, the US and the UK, and to manage three external accounting firms. You will drive the monthly close, ensure financial visibility, and build automated reporting under consolidated standards.

You’ll oversee reporting, internal controls, and statutory compliance while supporting FP&A, budgeting, and fundraising as Pivot scales. This is a builder role at a fast-growing AI procurement company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in audit, accounting, or finance, incl. Big4 experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation across jurisdictions.
• Tech-savvy; eager to automate processes.
• Clear, concise communication with non-finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly close process end-to-end for a multi‑entity group (France, US, UK).
• Coordinate and manage three external accounting firms across geographies.
• Build real-time financial reporting and robust internal controls.
• Lead FP&A activities: budgeting vs. actuals and variance analysis.
• Support fundraising, subsidiary openings, and scale-ready finance automation.
