Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma in Paris is seeking an experienced HEOR and Market Access leader to drive the EU West value demonstration for our genetic rare-disease medicines. You will design evidence generation plans, align them with pricing and access strategy, starting in France and extending to other EU West markets.

This role requires 7–10 years in HEOR/RWE, expertise with health economic models, observational studies, and managing vendor budgets.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in HEOR/RWE/market access in industry or biotech.
• Experience with French market access dossiers and CEESP submissions.
• Strong knowledge of observational studies and health economic modelling.

Responsibilities

• Design evidence generation plans and align with pricing and access strategy in France and EU West.
• Lead health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact) and real-world data collection.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial teams; manage external vendors and budgets.
• Develop publications and communicate value to internal and external stakeholders.
