Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Manager, Medical Operations, EU West. Remote - France. You will build the operating backbone for three rare-disease launches, handling planning, budgeting, and regulatory workflows to ensure compliant execution across France and Europe West.

The role requires senior medical operations experience, fluency in French and English, and strong vendor and project management capabilities. Hybrid options may be available.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field with regulatory awareness.
• Experience coordinating healthcare engagements and launches in pharma.
• Strong proficiency with data handling, documentation, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate medical operations for rare disease launches in France.
• Manage advisory boards, meetings, grants, and external sponsorships.
• Coordinate regulatory, LEA, and transparency activities with local teams.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, and procurement for Medical Affairs.
• Maintain data privacy, records, and launch-readiness documentation.
