Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks an Associate Director, Medical Advisor for EU West based in Paris. You will translate global strategy into a France-focused medical plan, lead scientific communications, and build partnerships with French clinicians, societies, and patient groups.

Travel within France and to the HQ is expected. You will drive medical strategy for three rare-disease programs, ensure compliant execution in an agile affiliate environment, and lead scientific exchange and education activities

Qualifications

• MD/PhD or equivalent advanced scientific degree.
• 3–5 years Medical Affairs experience in pharma/biotech with meaningful France experience.
• Ability to engage healthcare professionals in scientific exchange and translate field insights into actions.
• Fluent French and professional English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and execute the France Medical Affairs plan for the three portfolio programs, with clear priorities and budgets.
• Maintain deep expertise in the diseases and translate complex data into narratives for French stakeholders.
• Build and sustain peer-to-peer relationships with experts, societies, patient organizations, and networks.
• Identify and map relevant centers and stakeholders across France and quantify unmet medical needs.
• Capture and communicate actionable field insights to local and global teams and close the loop with strategy.
• Deliver balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange; lead advisory boards, meetings, and medical education initiatives.
• Contribute to the local evidence plan including real-world evidence and registries.
• Support pre-launch and launch activities; provide medical input to access activities when applicable.
• Provide robust medical review of materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial, PV, Compliance and global Medical Affairs.
• Identify and report safety information and ensure training adherence.
