Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Medical Operations Manager, EU West, to lead France-focused medical operations for three rare-disease launches. You will own planning, logistics, systems, and financial coordination of Medical Affairs activities, coordinating regulatory, compliance, and LEA workflows in partnership with local and regional teams.

You will drive budget tracking, vendor management, and data privacy practices, ensuring compliant, auditable processes.

Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD/Bachelor/Master in life sciences, pharmacy, business or related discipline.
• 2–5 years in Medical Affairs operations, commercial/regulatory/compliance operations.
• Experience coordinating regulatory or launch-readiness with regional/global teams.
• Fluent French and professional English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of LEA, transparency reporting, and data-retention requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate France medical strategy into an integrated operational plan, budget, and KPI dashboard.
• Manage end-to-end operations for advisory boards, meetings, education, and events.
• Coordinate local regulatory inputs, translations, and launch-readiness actions.
• Coordinate LEA workflows, declarations, approvals, and auditable files with Legal and Compliance.
• Support French transparency reporting and benefit disclosures.
