Rippling is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support its Employer of Record service in France. You will guide clients through the employee lifecycle, manage regulatory risks, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to refine HR workflows and systems.

This is a high-impact role shaping Rippling’s compliance presence in France. You will lead policy development, handle complex employee relations, configure workflows, and train others to ensure accurate HR services.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory or consulting in France.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and cultural nuances in France.
• Experience handling unemployment, disability/leave, grievances and benefits.
• Power user of HRIS with workflow configuration and troubleshooting.
• Payroll concepts, wage components and tax withholdings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken communication with a client focus.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Policy and SOP development for leave, performance, investigations, claims, terminations and benefits.
• Handle complex employee relations issues and regulatory risk.
• Configure and test workflows for hiring, onboarding, transitions, terminations and benefits.
• Respond to client and employee inquiries and develop HR programs and resources.
• Train internal HR Advisors on country-specific requirements.
• Design scalable processes to improve HR service delivery.
• Serve as Power of Attorney for the supported entities.
