Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive organic growth by acquiring large enterprise customers in France within Manufacturing, Logistics, and Energy. You will build consultative relationships with C-level executives, design tailored Information Management solutions, and lead opportunities from prospecting to closure.
This role combines strategic selling with cross-functional leadership in a hybrid, travel-involved setting.
Qualifications
- Proven enterprise sales track record in France.
- Experience selling to C-level executives and Boards.
- Fluent in English and French for high-stakes negotiations.
- Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams across Solutions, Legal, Operations, Finance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients in France, especially in Manufacturing, Logistics & Energy.
- Engage C-level stakeholders to understand objectives and pain points.
- Lead design and sale of Information Management solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage RFP processes to hit quotas.
- Provide industry insights and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and customer success.
