Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive business and technology transformation across Finance, Risk & Compliance, HR, Legal, and Procurement. You will define target architectures, guide investment decisions, and ensure alignment with business and IT strategy to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

This senior role requires experience in enterprise transformation, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or IT Strategy roles.
• Experience in automotive leasing, mobility services, financial services, or similarly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Risk & Compliance, Procurement, HR, and Legal processes.
• Knowledge of ERP, BPM/Workflow, and risk & compliance solutions.
• Familiarity with data architecture, cloud tech, and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the enterprise architecture landscape for Corporate Services.
• Define target architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy and tech objectives.
• Identify opportunities for application rationalization and decommissioning to reduce complexity and costs.
• Translate business needs into end-to-end architecture solutions and transformation programs.
• Provide architecture leadership throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
