Job summary

You will design, implement and continuously improve the Group Regulatory Compliance framework and provide expert advice on key compliance risks across products, services and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in Regulatory Compliance within international financial services, banking or regulated environment.
• Ability to translate regulatory developments into practical, risk-based recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for assigned Regulatory Compliance risk domains.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of Group Compliance framework.
• Support implementation across local entities.
• Advise business stakeholders on regulatory and ethical compliance matters.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to regulatory developments and compliance transformation.
