Job summary

Ayvens in Paris is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to safeguard the integrity of the group’s activities and lead the design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Regulatory Compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions.

You will provide expert risk-based guidance to business, product and operations teams, translate evolving regulatory requirements into practical solutions and drive cross‑functional compliance initiatives in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Regulatory Compliance within international financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of compliance risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience advising business stakeholders on regulatory, conduct and ethical compliance matters.
• Ability to assess regulatory developments and translate them into practical, risk-based recommendations.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects, transformations and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a subject matter expert for assigned Regulatory Compliance risk domains.
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the Group Compliance framework.
• Supporting the implementation and embedding of compliance frameworks across local entities.
• Providing risk-based advice and constructive challenge to business, product, operations and support functions.
• Supporting strategic projects, new products, business initiatives and transformation programmes from a compliance perspective.
• Contributing to Group-wide compliance risk assessments and thematic reviews.
• Driving or contributing to cross-functional projects related to regulatory developments and compliance transformation.
