Job summary

NiCE Cognigy is seeking a seasoned Senior Presales professional based in Germany to own the technical narrative for Eastern Europe, from Poland to the CEE region, while supporting the DACH business. You will open and grow the CEE markets, shaping solutions for seven-figure deals, and representing NiCE Cognigy through thought leadership at events and webinars.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and align customer needs with NiCE

Qualifications

Senior presales/sales engineering experience in enterprise deals.
Deep background in enterprise software (CCaaS or automation).
Hands-on AI Agents, agentic AI, and generative AI demos.
Active use of LLMs and AI tools in daily work for rapid prototyping.
Knowledge of contact center tech (SIP, SBCs, ACD, ASR, TTS).
Strong thought leadership and presence for events.
Strong technical depth in NLU/NLP, conversational AI, STT/TTS, LLMs.
Sales acumen to translate tech into business value for senior stakeholders.
Based in Germany; fluent in English and Polish; German/CEE languages a plus.
Excellent communication and cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to plan and execute complex enterprise deals across Eastern Europe.
Lead discovery calls and technical deep dives with stakeholders.
Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
Design and recommend customer-centric solutions with NiCE Cognigy value.
Run and support POCs/POVs to prove value in real environments.
Represent NiCE Cognigy at events, webinars, and marketing activities across the region.
Provide credible technical comparisons against competitive AI platforms.
Collaborate with product and internal teams to feed customer requirements.
