Equinix is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to accelerate growth across new and existing enterprise accounts. You will work cross-functionally to expand revenue, protect existing contracts, and drive customer satisfaction, leveraging Equinix’s global platform and partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities include managing relationships, conducting business reviews, and coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs in a dynamic marketplace.

Qualifications

• Proven years experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsabilités

• Plans, builds, and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts/prospects.
• Facilitates customer relationships to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Conducts quarterly business reviews with customers to identify and develop new selling opportunities.
• Leads Executive Briefings.
• Leads and drives coordinated sales approach with the extended sales team and external partners.
• Collaborates with global sales team to sell global Equinix platform.
• Researches and documents detailed understanding of customer business and organizational landscape.
